NOAP 2026 Bylaw Review Committee

As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization, we are in the process of forming a Bylaws Committee.

The Bylaws Committee is a crucial component of our organization, responsible for reviewing, updating, and maintaining our bylaws, which serve as the guiding principles and rules that govern our operations.

We are seeking volunteers who are passionate about our organization's mission and are willing to contribute their time and expertise to this important task. As a member of the Bylaws Committee, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing the existing bylaws and identifying areas that may require amendments or updates.
• Collaborating with other committee members to propose and discuss potential changes to the bylaws.
• Drafting proposed amendments and presenting them to the organization's board for review and approval.
• Participating in 3-4 zoom calls, about 1 hour each, and up to a total of 2 hours of offline work reviewing and proposing revisions to the bylaws.
