• Sponsorship benefits cannot be provided until payment is received in full. Sponsorships benefits cannot be guaranteed for registrations and/or payments received after February 20.
• Sponsorship benefits available in advance of the conference (eg: logo/link on website/emails) begin on January 1.
• No refunds or transfers due to cancellation, sponsorship will be transferred to the next annual conference.
