Non-Member: $450 (additional members: $300)
Pre-Conference Workshop: $50

On/after March 1

Member: $485 (additional members: $300)
Non-Member: $550 (additional members: $300)
Pre-Conference Workshop: $50

Registration Notes

The early registration deadline is February 28. Registrations after the early deadline carry a $100 late fee.
All fees are listed in US Dollars, and all payments must be made in US Dollars.
Please contact the host hotel for room reservations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before February 28: 90% registration refund.
Cancellations received after February 28: No refund for cancellation.
