The mission of NOAP is to promote public safety through participation of potentially impaired healthcare professionals in monitored rehabilitation and recovery as an alternative to license discipline, emphasizing fitness to practice and retention of competent professionals. NOAP is committed to working in cooperation with regulatory and professional organizations toward this objective.

From The President ...

Our 2015 NOAP conference in West Palm Beach was a wonderful educational forum with many opportunities for networking and dialogue among colleagues from around the country and for updates on new products, technologies and services from our vendors.

Annual member support is crucial. Please become a 2015 member, if you and your organization are not already. There are several membership categories to make NOAP accessible to all interested programs and affiliates. You must be a PAID member to nominate, vote, and serve on the Board or committees.

Please complete your membership right here on our website, through PayPal, download a pdf form to make your payment by mail. Click on the membership tab to get started.

I look forward to seeing you all next year. Watch for location and dates as we finalize them.
